Our campground isn’t just a place to park your RV—it’s a piece of Au Gres history, a snap-shot of small-town hospitality, and a peaceful retreat for travelers and locals alike. Owned and operated by the City of Au Gres, our RV park has served the community since the 1960s. While its early beginnings are somewhat of a mystery, one thing has always been true: this land was meant to bring people together. Over the decades, the campground has grown alongside the rise of fishing, boating, and camping along Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron.
We’re proud to offer a clean, quiet, and family-friendly environment. Our goal isn’t to compete with local campgrounds or businesses. It’s to provide something the area truly needs: a well-maintained space where visitors can relax, recharge, and feel right at home.
Our campground serves a wide range of visitors—from families and couples to avid anglers looking for a great launch point near the bay. We’re especially popular with return campers who’ve grown to love the peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, and ideal location just minutes from downtown Au Gres.
